2. When these terms apply
These terms apply to every order, quote, invoice and agreement between Eunoia and you as a client, whether you order a package through the website or request a personal invoice.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are in euros and include 21% VAT. Packages ordered online are paid during checkout. Personal invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Work starts once payment has been received, unless we agree otherwise.
4. How a project works
After your order we plan a short introduction to talk about your wishes. Based on that, I create the first designs. Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description (usually two). Extra revisions or work outside the package are only done after your approval and may be charged separately.
Delivery times are estimates. Most projects take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the package and on how quickly you provide feedback and materials such as texts and photos.
5. What I need from you
You provide the information, texts, images and logins needed for the project on time, and you make sure you have the right to use everything you send me.
6. Right of withdrawal (cancelling your order)
If you order as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts on the day you place your order.
To cancel, send an email to online@eunoiastyle.nl with your name, order number and the message that you want to cancel. You can also use the standard model withdrawal form from the Dutch government.
Because every project is custom work, I only start within these 14 days if you ask me to. By placing your order and asking me to start right away, you agree that:
- if you cancel after I have started, you pay for the part of the work that has already been done;
- your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully delivered.
Businesses do not have a right of withdrawal.
7. Refunds
If you cancel within the withdrawal period, you receive your payment back within 14 days, minus the costs of work already done. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for your order.
Because designs and websites are made especially for you, finished and delivered work cannot be returned or refunded. Not happy? See “Complaints” below and we’ll look for a solution together.
8. Website care
Website care (€10 per month) is optional. It includes all changes to your site whenever you need them, hosting support and small updates, runs per month and can be cancelled at the end of any month.
9. Ownership and portfolio
Once the final invoice has been paid in full, you receive the right to use the final designs for your business. Eunoia may show the work in its portfolio and on social media, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
10. Liability
I always do my best to deliver high-quality work. Eunoia’s liability is limited to the amount of the invoice for the project involved. Eunoia is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, or for problems caused by third-party services like hosting or plugins.
11. Complaints
Not happy with something? Let me know within 14 days of delivery at online@eunoiastyle.nl and we’ll look for a solution together.
12. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Eunoia. If we cannot solve a complaint together, consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
