2. Which data I collect
- Your name and email address, when you send a message or request an invoice.
- Your message and the service you’re interested in.
- Order details, billing address and payment status, when you order a package.
- Technical data such as your IP address and browser, through cookies needed for the website and shopping cart.
3. Why I use it
- To answer your questions and send quotes or invoices.
- To carry out and deliver your order.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.
- To keep the website working properly.
4. How long I keep it
Messages and contact details are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact. Invoices and order details are kept for 7 years, because the Dutch tax authorities require this.
5. Who I share it with
I never sell your data. I only share it with services needed to run this website and your order: the hosting provider, the payment provider (Mollie) and the translation service Weglot and Jetpack (for forms and statistics). They may only use your data for these purposes.
6. Cookies
This website uses functional cookies, for example to remember your shopping cart and language. Jetpack may collect anonymous visitor statistics to see how the website is used. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it’s used. Send an email to online@eunoiastyle.nl and I’ll respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Security
I take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as a secure (https) connection and strong passwords.
